I think I've seen the very same dash indicator in this situation. Chris measured the resistance of the four new engine glowplugs and supplied a diagram. Each engine glowplug is 0.9 ohm and is in series with the dash glowplug. It appears the dash glowplug found in the tractor which had been supplied from the local parts shop maybe 6V and 3-4ohm unit. We can't seem to find the proper 0.9ohm dash glowplug. Figured you have likely seen this situation before.
