A fixed light with a plug-in end isn't quite up to code either. It's hard to give advise in a case like this. For example, it sounds like the guy put 2 wires on one screw terminal - that's not right. Where do we go with advise from there? :) Me, I've got a 60 amp service running the whole farm. I'd like to have a pro rewire from the meter to the house, put in a circut breaker, and wire from the meter to the barn. I think a 200 amp service is about right for here. In the futute I'dd like to rewire to the other outbuildings, and leave room for a grain drying/ handling place. But, hard to get any advise on this, and get any idea what it would cost. I'm trying to read up on wiring so I can at least understand what a pro would be talking about... --->Paul
