I've had a 93% efficient Goodman gas furnace in my house for 5 years now. I also installed one 4 yrs ago in my rent house. That one was 95% efficient. Anyway, they are cheap on gas, the ignition air is piped in from the outside direct to the furnace and the exhaust goes out a PCV pipe. Never had a problem with either. Both are on propane. Makes my supplier sick since he seldom comes for a fill-up. Lifetime warranty on the heat exchanger. Best price out there. Enjoy!
