The later B's had the C style rear wheels and could have an adjustable WFE as well. They were narrower than the C however. The distance between the final drive housings on a C is considerably wider than that on a B. There were many, many Cs with the adjustable WFE. Other than looking at the serial numbers, another obvious difference between a C and a B was that the pitman arm off the steering box on a B pointed to the ground and the one on a C pointed to the sky.
