Mom used to tell us stories about seeing things and things happening where she grew up in WV. Lost my direction a little while hunting there as a kid and got darked on. You could be a believer pretty quick in them dark woods. OTH, I kept thinking I heard footsteps and rustling and decided to follow them after I figured out nothing was going to hurt me and ended up on the road where Dad and Brother was looking for me... Never saw anything though.
3 or 4 years ago, I worked with a Soldier that swore he saw things in the building we worked in (he'd spend nights there alone surfing and webcaming back home). Said he'd see a little kid watching him out of the corner and when he'd look he'd run off. I thought he was nuts and kept telling his boss to get him some help. Come to find out, the building used to be a kids hospital and the terminal kids were kept on our floor.
