I assume that if you check,, you'l find that you have to use the kit wheels, therefore you will have to make dummy rear wheels. the easiest way would probably be to make them like a fender above the stock wheelset, rather than an actual turning wheel. If you are worried about going overweight, use balsa rather than pine.

A little imagination can go a long way with pinecars, I remember 8 or so years ago building (with my wife's boy) models of Dick Landy's altered wheelbase Dodge, Richard Petty's Superbird, and the original Swamp Rat for the design contest. (Some packs allow you to purchase extra kits) My fault on the "outdated" designs too. I had taken him to the Mopar Nationals the previous year, and he loved it. :)

They all lost to a buck rogers type car (1st), Mario Andretti's formula I(3rd), and a moon buggy(2nd), but thats okay, we had a ball.
