My Dad just came back from the auction with an ISEKI PL400. I guess its a tractor. Hard to describe (wish I had a picture to post). Most all markings are in Japanese. Its on steel (covered completely in thin plastic) with paddles on the inside of the rear. All four wheels resemble bicycle wheels. A small three point hitch on the back. White sheet metal covering a one cylinder engine. About 6 levers around the drivers seat. And a folding 2 foot mast between the head lights with a green light! I think it might be some kind of rice farming equipment. Any help on this one is welcome! John
