Fill cylinders with diesel, let it set a week. Drain Oil and change oil. Clean plugs, clean carb, Check oil bath cleaner. Pull valve cover. Look for mouse nests every where. Check valves are free. Drain and replace fuel in fuel tank. Charge battery. Start the engine. DO NOT TRY TO BREAK AN ENGINE LOOSE BY PULL STARTING IT OR USING A PIPE WRENCH ON THE CRANK START. My grandad did that to a WC he was helping me with and ruined the oil sump and the cam shaft gear which is forge to the cam shaft.
