I have been with Direct T.V. for 10 or 12 years an always payed the bill on time. The other day they sent me a flyer saying for new customers they can hook up for free, up to 4 rooms, get H.D.boxes and their packages were alot cheaper than I have now. So I called them. I kept my cool. I asked for a H.D. upgrade for 1 T.V., and to lower my bill. They said For 1 box it would cost 249.00. I told them not to be biting off the hand that feeds you. If my place was not for sale, I would have said a h?ell of alot more, but the wife wants to keep the T.V. running, and not have to do another contract. I don't understand it, of why they can't help out an old customer.
