Sorry for all the very sad comments made by some very bitter and frustrated person...... I have to tell you that I have a Belarus and I have no hesitation in assuring all of you that it is the best piece of machinery this farm ever had! Thousand of hours and not one penny spent in repairs or parts; just oil changes and no filter (it is a centrifugal type, you simply clean it). Beside all this, you can work all week with a 16 gallons refill. Best of all, it cost less than what the "green lovers" will have to spend just to rebuilts their "green engine". Incidentally, I know of a Belarus 250 with 8500 hours and >90% compression !
