National Mower Tractor

I have an old National Mower Company tractor. Its serial number is 113-9 and its patent number is 3057. It has to be dated somewhere from the late 40's to 60's maybe. Does anyone know where I could find out if this is worth anything. There is no motor and the frame is rusted yet still good. Does not have a body like new tractors its just a steel frame with a seat and the front suspension is like a leaf spring that goes across with the old rotary type blades. Any help is appreciated.
