Tlak, I agree that some times things from the New OT spills over to here, but very few if any of the regulars at the new ot ever post any thing here that is politcal. They may reply to something posted here but I don't recall any of the regulars from the new ot starting any thing here political. The reason I posted the new ot here is because this is not a place for a politicaly heated discusion but it seems like one gets started every day. I agree that is not the place for it, but when one gets started every one jumps in, myself included knowing that it's going to get poofed. I come here every day to talk about tractors and general farm related topics and go to the new ot to talk politics, religon, and women.

While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics. I find the whole process sheer mystery. I have picked up and attempted to read every auto and farm electrics book with no improvement in the situation. They all seem to start with a chapter entitled "Theory of Electricity".
