MF 20?

I'm looking for information on the Massy 20 industrial serial #9A 98967, A dealer here in Northern Wi. wants $9,800 for it & I would like to know if it is a fair price, it is gas (unsure of HP),has a loader (MF32), cab, new rubber in back w/chains,4000 Hrs.. Also heard that if a Massy has a clutch failure repair costs can be extremly high, is this true for all Massy's.
