I can't say how I feel about your 641 but I can tell you what I think about it. Your tractor is a great plowing and discing machine even with just a 4 speed. A Sherman combination tranny will give you more gears to choose from. Dunno if you really need them to plow and disc. No matter how much money you spend on that tractor you will never make it a good pto or tiller tractor. Can't be done. If you want a good pto or tiller buy a Massey 135 Deluxe or Ford 3000 or whatever JD made in that genre.
