Sounds to me like he is taking his spite out on you and you, just being one person in his organization, I highly doubt you deserve such treatment. This situation will not get any better....trust me. I've worked for such illegitimates in the past and such outbursts only tend to serve their self inflated egos. I was in business for several years and rather successful at my endeavors.
