If it's an early 1994, it's an indirect-injected 7.3 and injectors are cheap (if that's what it really needs). New nozzles are less then $10 each. If 1994 1/2 or newer it's a direct injected Powerstroke 7.3 and injection parts a lot more pricey.
E40D trans can cost $3000 if a shop does it, but you can buy Ford authorized rebuild for $1000 (trans only, not installation cost).
