Cockshutt used the same brand for a premium seat on the round nose tractors.
If you need those ball bearings agco will have them just look up for a 30,35,40 or 50.
As to the shock don't know if the aftermarket used the same one but there is a close one available. If you have a good auto parts store you should be able to go by dimensions. You just about need to go to a store that still has books and has someone who knows how to use them.
I know NAPA has one that works on the cockshutt's. It isn't a perfect match but it works. I have been told to steer clear of charged shocks for this which makes sense.

I think I still have the second shock from when I redid my 40's seat as you had to buy them by the pair.
Oh yeah you need to shorten the studs on the ends also.
