I think they are build pretty stout for the price. Just make sure it ain't beat to death.
I have borrowed the neighbors on and off for 5 years. On time, I heard a loud racket at his house (1/4 mile away). And he out there tilling the limestone driveway!!!!!!!! Or attempting to I should say. The tiller is bouncing all over the place. Another time I stopped by and he was trying to till clay in July.
Needless to say this tiller is still going strong. I have repaired and rewelded around the hitch area for him. Surprisingly, that is all the real damage he has done to the tiller. I replaced the side gasket seal on it. He couldn't figure out why the bolts loosened up.
I don't even want to start on all the other equipment I have watched him destroy over the years.
