Hey Dave, Here's a tip from my mare milking days. Take 60 cc plastic syringe and remove plunger.Cut off the needle end of the cylinder and smooth off the cut surface with emery or fine sandpaper. Reinsert the plunger backwards. Now you can place the smooth flanged end of the cylinder up to the mares teat and pull the plunger out. With a co-operative mare and a little practice you'll have a 12oz bottle full in no time. Good Luck, will be thinking of you.
