IH 7488 2+2 Trans. problem

I own a 1984 7488(one of 16 left I'm told) with an 18 speed powershift trans. Am having trouble with the sentry system not allowing the tractor to move.Had the trans. apart at our local dealer last fall and still did not solve it. Is there an IH mechanic out there that knows this trans? If this is not the right site could someone point me in the right direction!
