No Old you just need to admit you have a cheap junk trailer.My dad was building 4 wheeled wagons with surge and Vac.brakes(50 or so)back in the 1930s and 1940s and maybe 10-15 are still in use.I still have 4 with 4 wheel brakes that are older then you are.3 JD 963s and 1 unknowen MFG.We just got rid of a JD 963 with 4 wheel full Hyd.brakes that it and a F-350 hauled 10-12 Ton all the time.So wagon and trailer brakes have been around a lot longer then you have.
