I don't know where you are but the day of the $75 plow is gone here. I saw two IH plows sell this past weekend. A 4 bottom and a 3 bottom. Both pull types, had a square beam on top of frame, and painted red, blue, and cream. They brought around $350 each. That is right--no misprint. They were nice plows but I didn't think they were THAT nice. I have a 2 bottom Little Genius I would sell for that if anyone is interested. Anyhow; they had an Oliver 1 shank subsoiler sell for $325. I am not a JD man but if it is decent at all it should be worth the $75. And if your 3020 doesn't pull it you better go find another one.
