Hardest thing about working night shift is letting them good daylight hours go to waste.......... Just gotta keep in mind that you're not 20 any more and need the rest. I've found that If I don't get at least 7 hours sleep I'm not real productive the 1st couple hours after waking. So, might as well spend that non productive time sleeping. Dark isn't necessary for sleeping if you teach yourself that you need the rest maintain your health which is more important than a couple extra bucks. I work 7-7, one week AM and the next PM.
