Old, I can understand your point of view. I have had the same criticism myself. I was in the USAF. I will not go into details here but I spent two years in the Hospital recovering. I receive VA benefits. I worked for the P.O. until I was unable to do the job anymore. Took early retirement. My question to those who seem offended by a disability pension. Would you go through the same thing I did?? I can do a lot of jobs around the farm but...no one would hire someone as slow as I have to work. So think twice before you criticise someone else.
