Help...need to empty calcium out of tractor tires!!!

My dads old tractors have calcium liquid in the tires and over ther years the calcium has leaked out of the valve stems and is starting to corrode the rims. Any suggestions as to how to rid them of the calcium liquid would greatly be appreciated, or who do I need to contact?
