Dont have a pond, but know a guy who does.He built this thing he uses a paddle wheel type deal he built himself. He took two big chunks of stryofoal and somehow attached a car axle to it and a totlly closed electric motor to the input shaft on the axle.He built his paddle wheels using the tire rims and some flat metal.Of course he changed the axle seals and made surethere were no leaks before he put it in the water. He has this really long cord, about 100 yrd or so that when the switch is flipped the wheel slowly moves up the pond.He ha the timer set so that when it reaches the other end of the pond it cuts off and the current will move it back down to the other end of the pond.
