People out here take a line with holes drilled in it with a plug in the end and throw it out in the pond and hook the other end to an air compressor and let er rip. Works great.

Third Brush Generators - by Chris Pratt. While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics.
