Does this look like an IH Titan 10-20? If so, this tractor was built by a company (I believe the Heer Tractor Co) in Portsmouth, OH. The theory is that this company built the Fair Mor tractors for Fairbanks-Morse. They are obscure and quite rare. As to value, it is condition dependent so it is hard to say.
