Well I"m going to give you another number, but I think the plow is a F620H or F630H. Those were the pull-type, hydraulic lift, trip-back, plows made during the early 60"s. I"m pretty sure the big beam makes it one of these, and not the earlier #555. The only way I found to tell the difference between the 620 and 630, is a few part numbers inside the trip mechanisim. But that won't effect the parts you need. I have an F620 and got all my wear parts from Shoup a few years ago. They should be the same as the F 145 semi-mount JD plows. After your plow, the rear wheel size was increased, and they had new numbers (640,650, etc..) I bought a manual for mine off ebay, and set the plow up by the book. It does a great job.
