SAE Operating capacity is the amount of weight it will lift safely to full height without tipping. In my experience the tipping point is not very far away from that number. 'Lifting capacity' can be just about any figure they want to use to make the numbers look impressive. It probably relates to what it will lift at 4' high or roughly the weight of a pallet that it might rassle off a truck, probably not safely. It might also relate to pure breakout lift which is the maximum lift of the arms at ground level. Go by the SAE operating cap. That's also a very small machine. I'd go for something at least 2-3 times the size unless you have some rare need for a sub-compact loader in confined spaces...
