i have just bought my first tracor to do some mild landscaping on my own yard and maybe a little snow removal too. what i have bought is a 1957 international 350 utility with a front bucket, its a gas motor with a 2 point hitch with the 3rd point added, and pto. it doesn't have any other options that i know of but i'm new to tractors and all i know is what i have read on the www in the last couple of weeks. i have it in the shop now having some minor repairs and maintenance done on it so it is top notch when i bring her home. it has been convertd to 12v, and overall seems to be in decent condition other than the fadded paint but that is minor.
the question i would like to ask first is: are these good tractors overall?
and is there anything that i should be aware of or keep an eye on? also any idea why these were only made for 3 years?
sorry for the long write up. Mike from Callander Ontario, Canada
