I wanted to do that back when I was younger. A local boy did it last year. He left last spring almost before we were doing spring fieldwork. Had some grain to haul out of bins somewhere before they started cutting in Texas. He got up into Canada late in the year and was waiting out the weather in late November. His dad said he had to go back to Texas and start right in on the milo when they got done up there. Didn't even know if he'd be home by Christmas. Don't know if he was or not.
