Forgot about DuPont paints. We have lots of Napa's and a SW automotive store (not too many around). Dad worked for DuPont for 21 years, I spent 3 summers there (Seaford Nylon plant) mum and brother worked there too. DuPont was/is bad for cutting the meat out of the company and leaving the fat (as are most US companies) so dad was "retired" early. Still has stock in DuPont and some pension.

While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics. I find the whole process sheer mystery. I have picked up and attempted to read every auto and farm electrics book with no improvement in the situation. They all seem to start with a chapter entitled "Theory of Electricity".
