Trade winds, we get a bout with TW every 20 to 30 years or so due to El Nino changing the upper level winds bringing bad things from different places. Just another great thing about farming.I"m thinking could even be more than 40 years since our last bout with cutworms due to the TW believe it or not but University studies show most heavy infestations of insects track those trends right down the line.
