CPAP stands for Controlled Positive Air Pressure (or somethng like that). Its an air pump which pumps air to a face mask so that air is slightly forced into your lungs - worn at night - stops snoring - minimizes sleep apnea.
I've been on mine for 5 months. I'm not happy. Tried two masks. It's a real pain. Can't tell that I'm any better, although I don't have as many vivid dreams as i did. Imagine s8x with someone wearing a diving helmet.
Anybody have any really great success stories with this equipment? Any suggestions?
