What to buy?

I have an old IH 300 Utility tractor for sale, and am looking for something to replace it with. I want something that can mow, move dirt (loader and blade) and plow. I guess I probably need about 40 HP or better. I have about 10 acres of land, and I want to clear some trees, plant a garden, mow, and various other things. Can anyone recommend a good , dependable, economical, low-priced tractor that might fit the bill? Thank you
