Any more I have no choice but to pace my self. On a good day I can maybe work for an hour then have to sit and take a brake for 30 minutes or more before I can do much else unless I can do it sitting down. Knee has been so bad for the last few days that I have to wear a brace on it or I can not walk more then 100 yards before I have to sit down. Oh well one thing I learned years ago if you want to build a swimming pool all it takes is to throw 5 shovels full of dirt each day and sooner or later you will have a hole for it
