Done it many times with tractors. Not with horses though as I had pretty made up my mind before I started out because of good clear photos and copies of vet papers. Like new tin with rust holes. 80% rear tires with a bulge in the side wall parked so it is hard to see. Fresh overhaul with old paint on the head gasket side wall. Must I go on? Also one might not own a trailer and want to see what they are buying before paying someone with both horses or tractors.
