There are only a few tire companys still in business.So right at the beginning the tire was just a tire manufactured with that name on it by one of the few tire companys.You are probably better off guarantee wise buying a Bridgestone,Michelen,Goodrich,Firestone or Hankook,or some major brand name if you want a guarantee,and even then it will suck if you have to use it and it amounts to mostly the dealer.Some are better than others.The good guys are so busy you cant usually get in quick.So you would wait probably. Who knows what somebody answering the phone might say.Im sure they are told to tell customers to bring it in,the schedule might not work that good,but they probably want as many customers as they can get. Then maybe some time you might hit them at the right time and get in and out quick.Who knows?
