Pretty much what they are doing is outlawing the sale,possession and advertising of paraphernalia of every kind,including equipment intended for growing it. State law allows possession of the substance now,in limited quantities,but says nothing about possession of paraphernalia,so local governments can ban that and make sure that they don't posses more than they are allowed. If you go to thedailynews.cc and check the legal notices in the April 9th edition for the new Evergreen Township ordinance,I think that one is the most inclusive one passed yet.
