Atifreeze is made with only so much corrosion inhibiter. Cheap stuff has less. If the antifreeze has gone acidic from exposure to oxygen, exhaust from small leaks or time. All cooling components maybe rotten from the inside out. The rad is thinnest so the leaks usually appear there 1st. Head gaskets,hoses & water pump maybe next to leak.
