What do you know about some halfassed movie that you seem to think is a "documentary" about food production in this country. Micheal Pollan,the wackjob behind that farce is a journalism professor. His 'one cow and one chicken' traveling road show is a joke. The yellow shmuck won't even take questions from the public. Yet HE'S the "food expert" in this country all of a sudden. You really need to do some research on the whole subject before you make as big an a$$ of yourself as Pollan does.
