Yep, right down the road about 3 miles a yuppie moved in and reclaimed a old farmstead. Before they started on the house he had to have a Chibby diesel with a gooseneck 24' with dove tails. I thought he was going into high production. So far the heaviest thing I've seen on the trailer is some 4" PVC pipes and from time to time a MTD riding mower. He bought a 20 something hp Kubota with 4X4 and a frontend loader to fix the driveway. Then contracted a local to bushhog the land with a 4020 JD at $25 per hour. God bless them yuppies for stimulating the economy around here. Some folks call them yuppies chumps, but I'm more respectful than that. I just wish I could have got the clearing contract.
