I cut my lawn 3 days ago, with the 12 hp B&S in a Stiga mower, and everything seemed OK. I shut it off and next day it wouldn't start. I've discovered that the battery I installed wasn't tied down tightly and managed to break a plastic box that held electrical connections. I've repaired that, cleaned connections, but it will turn over and fire with the key in the start position, but will not run when key springs back to normal operating position. Could I have burnt out something? Any ideas? Thanks
