Two years ago this June, I ruptured both quads and had a brace on both legs with zero movement for 2 months. I remember, after 2 months, when the surgeon gave me 30 degrees movement, but because I had both legs in braces, I still couldn't drive anything. He increased the angle by about 5 degrees a week, and at about 70 degrees, I could finally get into my truck and was mobile again. I was out of work a full 4 months and was inmobile for 2 months. hang in there, It does get better.
