Yes. They sell for $12.99 when on sale. I bought a dozen and have used them all winter. No problems; they work great. That come with mounting brackets to allow permanent on-board mounting, if wanted.
Besides tractors, I've got two mounted on my diesel mini-motorhome. One is hooked to the big pair of starting batterieds. The other is hooked to a pair of large deep-cycle batteries.
