Nomad, in the culture of Noth America, your arguments & backtracking, your whole way of communicating seems very childish, very silly, very condesending. You alwayus play word games, and when someone tries to ask you a question, you blame someone else and do not answer the question. I have watched you do this on 3 different farm message boards. This is quite clear, no misunderstanding. You seem to be a fake, in the way you write. It makes people upset, of course. What I do not know is if this is a simple cultural difference; that you are behaving normally within your own culture. Or, are you indeed just a young snot that likes to jerk people around. Your way of expressing yourself seems to always be to irritate people who ask you a question. This e-mail issue is only one example - you reply with a bunch of worthless garbage. Blah. I like to give people the benifit of the doubt, so I hope it is mostly cultural & language differences. In any case, if I don't like what you have to say, I just ignore it, especially in new messages. This area is better devoted to tractor issues, and not personal issues about 'you.' In fact, it seems you like to read about 'you' and bring the discussions around to that all the time. Again, cultural, or a personal problem you have? I don't know, but to many of us, it does not seem friendly. If you provided an e-mail address, these things could be discussed without involving everyone, and in a friendly manner. Since you play word games instead of being friendly & offering your e-mail, you are viewed as a stuck up snot. Whatever. While I seem to insult you, I'm trying to explain how poorly you look to everyone, in the hopes you can understand where the difficulties are? --->Paul

Tractor Hydraulics - The Basics - by Curtis Von Fange. Hydraulics was one of the greatest inventions for helping man compound the work he can do. It’s amazing how a little floor jack can lift tons and tons of weight with just the flick of a handle. What’s even more amazing is that all the principals of hydraulic theory can be wrapped up in such a small package. This same package applies to any hydraulic system from the largest bulldozer to the oldest and smallest tractor. This short series will take a look at the basic layout of a simple hydraul
