The axles are worth $500 but for a trailer to pull a tractor, I'd look for a stronger better built one. You want to have at the very least a 2 5/16" ball with an A frame style coupler welded on. The middle support for the hitch looks like a poorly designed after thought to stop the hitch from bending up. The trailer in the picture doesn't appear to have any steel cross members between the the outside frame rails, which also don't look very beefy. They look like wood in the picture? If the cross members in the middle are steel going lengthwise or crosswise they should be turned with the longer side vertical to give the most strength. The trailer also needs fenders to be legal and possibly a break away switch for the brakes. The axles may also be a little too far forward. I don't think I'd trust that trailer to haul my show tractors. Heavier axles don't help if the rest of the trailer isn't as strong or roadworthy enough. That's my opinion as a welder. Dave
