Only when they freeze solid.....Bought a tractor that had been brought up from California. The stuff that was in it froze and ruined the tube. It took a week and a half for it too thaw enough to get out the old ice chucks and put in a new tube. I don't have CC in my restorations, but in my new tractor I do. I just make sure if I ever have any seepage to get it taken care of right away.
