The pressure control system (not the motor) control the system pressure, no issue there. The system might need to be updated to allow for the increased load on the controls, They are usually specific to a pump, including capacitors and other components at the surface, not in the well. The third issue is the wire. I would use the three wire system. It would certainly be a questionable at to use no neutral on the pump. This ties back to the first answer. A third wire could be added if it is an expense thing. The only stipulation would be the waterproof connection needed (which is needed anyway) Jim
